This project encompassed two areas, the Wordpress backend for handling and processing orders, and a frontend which allows the user to enter details about their order.

The frontend receives data from a Paypal order and then automatically populates the fields so that the customer doesn’t have to re-enter the same thing twice. All fields are cleansed accordingly and specific fields are checked to ensure a correct value is provided. The upload portion returns an error is any file types that are not acceptable are submitted, preventing malicious activities.

The backend gives a quick paged view of the orders sectioned by status. Once an order is approved, an email is sent out using the template defined in the Configuration. The email templates allow inserting any of the order or user fields via tags.
